I would rather call this build a Utility build than a Tanky build, since Rilay's, Liandry's and all the "Tanky" items are built by their utility.

When you're overfed it is good to build "Pure Damage", rushing Rabadon's and Deathfire's, building early Zhonya's and Voidstaff... The thing is = If you are the only one fed in your team, and they've disruptive gapclosing, tons of CC, or even really strong assassins (Regar for example, can 1-shot you if he's moderately fed) you should build some sustain, or at least, rush a Zhonya's. It is all situacional, as you the Pure Damage build will destroy the whole enemy team in seconds, but if they're able to get you and you're the only one fed, your fight will probably turn around.

Very good guide, i wanted to try your guide out but i was too fed to go this defensive and tanky on annie :D +1. I published this Guide earlier because I'm really aware that I'm not any kind of pro. I wanted people to sugest and criticize the builds present there, so I could improve them. This last comment from Falseogod is a great example how I can improve my Guide with the help of everyone who has a sugestion to give.

Just a general tip, WOTA is hardly worth it anymore, if you want any spellvamp on annie just to stay in lane and be pretty hard to shove out (plus very strong because you can recover from trades) get Spirit of the Spectral Wraith. It is bought fairly commonly out of the jungle by champions that desire spellvamp, being Vladimir the most common example of these.
