shoyld i 1st build blade of the ruined king and then go for triforce?

If you want to build Jax as a duelist, always build Blade of the Ruined King first. However, if you want to destroy towers faster, I would build TriForce first because its passive stacks on towers (see Tower Buster build). The sequence of items is as follows in the build options for duelist Jax:

1. Corrupting Potion
2. Blade of the Ruined King (prioritizing Recurve Bow)
3. Boots (depending on matchup)
4. Trinity Force (prioritizing Sheen)
5. Sterak's Gage
7. Death's Dance
6. Guardian Angel

Building BORK first allows you for some sustain in duels due to lifesteal and movement speed. Building TriForce first will give you all around stats in damage, health, ability haste and attack speed.
