Dear Summoners, this is a guide for Veigar, the king of burst.

Why do we play veigar?

We are playing veigar because he got so much burst damage that he can burst down a normal builded champion in 1 Combo.

How can he do that?

Veigar is 1 of the strongest Ap carrys in the game because of his Q (BaleFule Strike) it makes so Veigar can have unlimited Ap. With each minion kill with it, will give you 1 AP so 100 minions=100Ap, dealing a killing blow on a Champion will give 1-5 depends on the lvl on the skill.

So Lets Start The Guide!

Magic Penetration Marks Is probably the best choice for Ap carry in Mid except if you are playing Pure Ap. They are good because it makes it easier to burst down a champion with Much magic resist.

Magic Resist Seals is the best choice whatever you are playing, Top/Mid. Because it will make your enemy except if its a AD carry Deal less dmg on you.

Cooldown Glyphs is very expensive but its worth it if you wants to be a Veigar Specialist, because it makes your Q faster to cooldown so you can stack more.

Ability Power Quints are very good, because there are no Magic penetration Quints. It gives abit more damage on your abilities, so you can last hit with Q even if it has high Health.

21/3/6 is my Mastery Setup, I go for this because AD is useless for Veigar, and Defensive too because Veigar is not the 1 tanking the shiet, a real veigar are standing behind Doing his Combo and getting the kills. Because of stacking his Q he will need very much mana so i go for Mana/Mana Regen Masteries so I can stand in lane for longer, It will be even better if The jungler Gives you his Blue Buff.

The Items Depends on Who you are fighting in lane and if you are feed or not.

This Item Build i made, is for Fighting some1 like Annie or Fizz Because they both have low hp so u can burst them down with these items in 1 combo.

I start with Dorans Ring Because It gives HP-Mana Reg- Ap That will make you stay in lane for longer and easier to stack your Q.

When i Recall i will buy Shoes so i can Run back faster to Lane and stack and some HP Pots will be fine so you stand in lane longer even if you got a gank.

Next time i recall, i will start building my Athenes UnHoly Grail, Starting with Chalice of Harmony because of the mana regen.

After these items you will be able to stay and stack your Q till you can start building your Rabadons with Needlessly Large Rod.

just Keep Stacking And get your Items That will show Results.

After You Got your last Item, Zhonyas Hourglass, The game would probably end very fast because of you bursting down their whole team with your Combo and Activating your items.

Why Choose Rylais instead of Rod Of Ages?

Because I like Rylais Slow and HP its much better the Rod, If you wanna start with Rod the do it early because The Catalyst of Protectors Passive is useless while you reached lvl 15.

There are 3 Main Summoner Spells For Veigar thats:

Flash: I'd say Flash Is the one summoner spell I most likely always because I get the opportunity to flash over walls, or maybe Flash into a Teamfight where you were late to join. And spam your skills.

Ignite: Is a really good spell against certain champs thats got heal for example Swain with his ult, Or Tryndamere with his heal if there are a Jungler That is playing tryndamere. Its good because it reduces the healing amount.

Teleport: Is the Supporting Mates Summoner Spells, if you wanna gank but can not leave lane, then tell a team mate to place a ward near a bush so you can Teleport to it without the enemy Seeing you.

TeamWork is very Good for Veigar, if the team is not communicating or raging at each other then it will be a hard time for a Veigar because he will Get hard Focused by enemy champions, so tell Your mates to def you, or you come from nowhere when there are a teamfight.

If you Got the first blue from you jungler Example(Lee Sin/ Doctor Mundo) then you should Stay in lane and stack till its over because it makes it easier to farm and earn money. If your enemy Is Harassing you very much then i prefer you to Buy Kage´s Lucky pick Because of the Money per 10 seconds. If your Q havent Cooled Down yet then you can Use your Basic attacks to get the last hit or your W.

Baleful Strike - Unleashes dark energy at target enemy, dealing magic damage. If a unit is killed, Veigar gains some Ability Power permanently.My Favorite skill because of the stacking.

Dark Matter - Veigar calls a great mass of dark matter to fall from the sky to the target location, dealing magic damage when it lands.The Main Damage skill After Ulti Deals Massive of Damage and AOE Damage.

Event Horizon - Veigar twists the edges of space around the target location for 3 seconds, stunning enemies who pass through the perimeter for a short duration. The Skill That makes Veigar so OP.

Primordial Burst - Blasts target enemy champion, dealing a large base amount of magic damage plus 80% of his target's AP.The Main Damage skill because of the Large amount of damage it deal.

Equilibrium - Veigar's mana regen is increased by 0.75% for each 1% of mana missing. The Passive that makes veigar can keep Stacking without thinking about his mana.

This is My 2nd Build. And I am not very good on english so sorry if i wrote wrong somewhere but, have fun Slaughtering with my Veigar Build.
