I know that now, in this "new era," the majority of people are playing AP Vlad, as his innate gives him Health from AP. Well, it also gives him AP from Health, making him the ultimate tank. He will have tanky items, and a tank-sized health bar, but, where is the AP coming from? The one item tanks dont buy, Vlad is getting for free! He will be able to withstand the wrath of enemies, and take them down in the process, as all his skills are AP based, and that is exactly what he will be getting! Its like free AP (Except you have to buy your tank items in order to get it.)!

Saturday, July 16- Added Runes, Added Masteries.

Runes, Runes, Runes. They are what make a player, are they not? You don't wanna play Lux with attack damage runes, right? See where I am coming from? Anyway, enough babbling. Here are the runes for this build and why I chose them:
Greater Mark of Fortitude-Health. We are playing a Tanky Vlad, no? And with him, like I said before about the whole UberTank thing with the AP/Health Innate, this rune will be converted in to...MORE AP!
Greater Seal of Vigor Greater Seal of Vigor-HP5. You are playing a Tank, with health (Duh), you are going to need a way to get some of it back without recalling so you can tank more!
Greater Glyph of Vitality Greater Glyph of Vitality-Health Per Level. Basically, this is the same exact description of the Greater Mark of Health, but its not just BOOM health, it comes to you over time, growing bigger per level, also benefiting your Innate.
Greater Quintessence of Regeneration Greater Quint of Regeneration-HP5. I can't stress this enough, you are a Tank. You NEED HP5. You CRAAAVE HP5!

Tanky Vladimir's Masteries, or, as I like to call them, Vladsteries. Ha. Hahahaha. O.O I'm sorry you had to hear that...Erm...anyway...On with the Masteries (Vladsteries!):

Offense

: 0-You are playing a Tank Vladimir. In some Tank situations, you would have Masteries in offense, but in Vlad's case, ehhh, In my opinion, not so much. Open for Discussion.

Defense

: 21-In your situation, you are playing as a Tank. Tank's need defense, or else, well, they are still Tanks, but just not as good Tanks. They are a little less Tanky, as they don't have as much Defense, Etc.

Utility

: 9-Basically, I picked Utility over Offense because I felt it could benefit Vladimir more. He gets some Health Regen, which again, he NEEDS, Some experience gain, which makes a world of a difference, and a point in Haste, which increases his Ghost Summoner Spell to make it better.
