Impossible. Either you will be having a bad day, or your team will be sucking; something will just happen to give you one defeat anyways. If you haven't really lost a single match with a certain champ, it only implies that you have not played that champ enough. As it is a known fact, a Mordekaiser won't be able to carry a game 1v5 in case his team sucks, especially not when building tank.

Also, I think the shield is there to imply that you are supposed to... deal damage? I really think more than 2 "tank only items" will be wasted item slots, or simply a wasted slot on your team as your Mordekaiser won't be able to do anything. Not every game has skillshots, and blocking them is... Well, nobody cares if you can block them, to be honest. Carries can just dodge them as well.

Well that's exactly what this build focusses on. In the Teamfighting section I've stated that you're there to block skillshots, and this is very well possible with the increased mobility from masteries/FoN. If you don't play him tank you'll be just as squishy as any other mage, but with a slightly bigger HP pool thanks to the shield. I think the shields purpose was to play Mordekaiser as a tank. Sure you can just replace one of the items with say, a rabadons, or maybe a gunblade. But this is how I play him and I haven't lost a single game so far with this build. <-- fact.

I think it is pretty nice, but I am not gonna vote as I think tank Mordekaiser is very bad. I believe a tank's purpose in the team is to hold off enemies form his carries and initiate combats with surprise(Rammus rolling in from a side, Jarvan leaping in, Amumu bandaging a squishy, Malphite using his ulti), two feats that are not for Morde.

I believe he is more fit for balanced play(off-tank with AP), that is why I won't vote.

I might try to add some spellvamp, I'm currently on a 6 winning streak with this build though so maybe I'll give it a try when the streak is over :P.

replace warmogs for some spell vamp or randuins omen
