Hi i am poloventus this is my second guide. i have been playing LoL for about 6 months and i have a love for the game. this guide will entail a lot of information about this build so i hope u like it.

i chose to have the runes setup a little different for this Kennen build i have 18 ap per level marks and glyphs total(9 of each)which is 45 ap at lvl 18 this is good because at lvl 18 you will have 520 ap at least, which you might be the biggest ap hitter on either team. i also have 9 health re-gen per lvl runes, this helps get away from ignite, it almost ignores ignite lvl 2-6 and helps the rest of the game. and i have 2 flat ap quin's which start me off and one armor quin to help survive it gives 4.5 armor.

i can not stress enough that kennen is squishy so i put 21 defense, 9 utility and so that he doesn't get killed that easy he starts with tank health and great range early game, follow the masteries the same as me and there is no problem.

i go for Dorian's shield so its a great start for a sturdy kennen then i go straight for the magic pen boots if i am doing good or swiftness and then giant's belt if i am doing bad but after i get the giants belt i get the wand then the crystal scepter to slow enemys and survival and 80 ap so its all round good for kennen. after that i get the item that make the abyssal scepter then it its self, its good for any kind of situation for him because all enemies in range gets a magic resist drop by 20 and 70 ap plus his own magic resist gets boosted, so having this with your ult is devastating. then death cap,then Nashor's tooth, Nashor's helps with attack speed, cool down, and ap, with this your cool downs are insane. i couldn't put it in the list but if i have the time and money i replace Dorian's shield with Warmog's armor

you want to put your first in thundering shuriken because its a great harasser and does a lot of damage then electrical surge so i can stun them easily with its passive because every 5 basic attacks u put a mark of the storm on the 5 hit on the target. then the lightning rush because its a great escape option or a great minion killer with the combo E into W after you pass a bunch of minions and put points into your ult when u can at all times. upgrade your ult first then your Q, then W, then last E

this is brief but important a lot of people hate heal because its so to speak "noobish" but in kennen's case its bad *** because it helps in team fights and keeps u in lane longer... way longer. and there is ignite which is important to kennen in early game he can be mid and pretty much storm in and kill the opposing team, i got a penta kill with kennen, but that's here nor there

for this build to be effective u need to be proficient in the Q skill shot and the timing of your ult. the skill shot is a make or break thing so practice your Q, also known as thundering shuriken. this build is for mid with the occasional ganker or top... i wouldn't recommend solo top if your play style is aggressive. kennen with the full build has over 3000 hp and over 500 ap. see "Items" to get last item in build.

the kennen passive is important to his game play like any other champ, but his is amazing if you put a mark of the storm on a player 3 time (or minions and monsters) they are stunned for at least a second i believe. and for each mark of the storm the damage kennen does to them is increased (up to 2 marks of the storm).this makes it compatible with his AoE stun that follows kennen in any form for 8 seconds, which is his ult. it does major damage.
