I'm going to offer you some constructive criticism. I've played Skarner alot, and this build is not as effective as other builds used. Rune-wise, you need to be a viable tank early-to-late game all around, so instead of the AP blues, you need to take MR-per-level blues. This allows you to be generally tanky to the progressing mid apc. For Quintessences you need to be packing movement speed. This allows you to effectively move around the map for ganks, and to keep up with teamfights later in the game since you lack the movement speed items. Your item build is attrocious, and you need to take a deeper look into how the game works. HP does not = tank, sorry to break it to you. My personal build progresses a beginning regrowth into a Philo, then I grab Ninja tabi and a heart of gold. After that I build a straight Frozen heart for easy diving ganks under towers. Once that is complete, I finish my Reverie for great support teamplay and my Randuins. The randuins simplay makes you a formidable enemy in that it allows you to get a slow off before you proc your q on them. Once the randuins goes off you have time to proc your q and they lose the fight. After those are complete I move on to a Gunblade, not for the damage necessarily, but for the survivability and for the single target slow that allows you to single out people without necessarily wasting your grab. Generally games don't progress past this point in my build, but if they do, it means I need MR, so I grab either a Quicksilver Sash or a Force of nature. You really need to rethink the way you build Skarner, as yours is extremely easy to counter. Thank you!

you can buy a oracle to see wards or sheooms guy and not only stealth. when tou play that way, you said in your post, pls uninstall the game. i know that this build/runes are good because i have in every game with skarner +- 7/1/30

This is generally a useless guide, and a bad build. Stacking pure health w/o health related skills (Volibear's Frenzy, Mundo's Sadism etc) is pointless : You just look tank, you aren't tank. Oracle elixer is an option. I have seen games that people NEVER HEARD of wards to plant them. No invis, no wards, oracle for?

You may want to read rune builds before this. Your rune build consists of weird setups, which suck.

In general you barely know this champ, and you are making a guide on him.
