Kennen is a ranged ad carry that utilizes high speeds and stuns. kennen is simply a ninja the goal is to get all the kills and be fast and sneaky. Kennen is an ad carry so he goes bottum but you well want to spend most your time in there jungle sneaking around because your a ninja.

when playing kennen in ranked you are going to want to spen more then half the game in the jungle.

runes depend i would use the runes i posted above because the build does not have much for defense and if you dont have 9 quintessence's yet then just get three.
