Wit's End is a great idea! The BoRK was an idea for sustain but I really wasn't a fan, thanks for the suggestion. Now the second one though, the Q gives you an easy start with a decent pull and then building into the E for survivability. But a built Q definitely helps with ganks and counter ganks although I would level E if you can't pull off ganks.

Use Wit's End instead of BoRK. A lot of his damage is from the bonus magic damage from his passive. when you hit 4 stacks it does a chunk of damagethen each basic you do until the passive is up again does bonus damage. Stealing their magic resist helps you do more damage not to mention the attack speed increases the number of hits until the passive is up again and the item does 42 damage from each basic anyway.

Also starting with your E instead of your Q significantly increases your survivability for early jungle.
