Fiora Guide
The Reformed Arsenal's Fiora Guide
I like to go with PD because it provides the movement boost, and Zeal makes a good intermediate step with a good boost. Also, the Crit strike helps you burn people down later in the game and you lose a significant amount of Crit if you drop the PD for Wit's End.
As far as the Wriggle... You could do that, but I prefer to have Wriggle for the health boost it gives you and the ward. If you were up against a team that didn't do much ganking, or was staying out of the jungle you might not need it... but I've found that it is very helpful to have that free ward.
