Hey all, Welcome to my guide to THE solo top Wukong.(considering i'm 16-1 with him in ranked) Ill be guiding step by step to prove why Wukong is THE premier, and one of the most powerful solo tops in League of Legends.

Pros
- Great poke
- Can carry a team (with a win top lane)
- Amazing eluding/escapes
- Highest damage output from Nimbus and Crushing blow
- CC (with his Ult)
- Incredibly fun gameplay (Hard to get tired of playing him ;) )

Cons ( sorry to sound egotistical, but their aren't many)
- Armor based solo top opponents (they make it harder, your still more than capable of winning your lane)
- Vulnerability without your Decoy

With my selection with runes, I put you in the position to win the lane early (usually by level 7-8).

The stats are as follows.

Marks: 8.5 Armor Pen
4.5 Attack Damage

Seals:
13 Armor

Glyphs:
13 Magic Resist

Quints:
6.5 Attack Damage

These runes give you complete control over your lane (be it AP or AD).

Ive done a lot of Test and Revise when coming up with my mastery tree (even though its very generic, sorry)

9-21-0

This Defensive Mastery set-up gives you great durability and sustain while still poking your enemy with +4 AD and Armor Pen, from the Offense Tree.

Wukong has the best sustain in lane! These items are based around his ability to stay alive and farm, while harrasing your opponents and preventing xp gain.

Start:
Cloth Armor +5 Health Potions
Reason being: Most solo tops are AD based (Renekton, GP, Irelia, Fiora etc etc)

I usually farm to about 1650gold, push the lane, and port home.

First buy:
Wriggles Lantern + Boots of speed. (If you've gotten these items uncontested, denying xp to your opponents, or with a few kills YOU HAVE WON YOUR LANE) these items are crucial and if purchased before your opponents core items, you will conntinue to dominate.

The rest of the build is as follows (ex. Top of Page)
Phage into Trinity Force (feel free to add a Sheen before Trinity if you have a massive level advantage)
Negatron Cloak into FoN
Atmas Impaler (for more damage of courseeeee :) )
And for some reason if it's a slow uneventful game (We know how that feels -__-): Warmogs Armor

The reason why I Love Wukong <3 is his poke and harass :) At level 3 you are unmatched at giving what I like to call "free damage!!" Nimbus/Crushing/Decoy (Sequence is almost music to my ears). Before a player has time to react, they're attack what "appears" to be you :). Feel free to Nimbus/Crushing without blowing Decoy in the process (save mana). Instead run up into the bushes, wait for cooldown and (god forbid they facecheck). Nimbus/Crushing again THEN into decoy. And of course lets not forget the KILL. Nimbus/Crushing (to reduce armor)/Cyclone and Ignite. (almost a guarenteed kill)BEWARE: GP's Remove Scurvy and Renektons Ult THEY ARE BAIT MOVES.
