Hello everyone and thank you for reading this guide, it's actually my first guide and i based it on my experience with Nasus even though he isn't my main at all, so i probably won't have any picture of 6 won games with incredibles stats. So since that is my first guide and that I do not pro Nasus, I am more then open to any suggestions just leave them in the comment section bellow.

For the runes i would take 3 Quintessence of Replenishment so that you won't have mana probleme early game and allow you to up your siphonning strike way faster. You'll understand since this build do not provide magic resist (you got quite a lot of health) why i choosed the glyph of warding and mark of shielding. And finally I take some evasion so i got 18.75 dodge so almost 1 out of 5.

Well the masteries are quit simple to explain i took tanky masteries since i wanna be tanky. I choose 1/21/8 instead of 0/21/9 because the exaust bonus is worth it i think and i took the expanded mind once again because you don't wanna be oom with Nasus.

Doran's shield because you will have the early lane control and you need lane control to improve your siphoning strike, and since your melee you don't wanna be too squishy(and you you will be more able to get FB).
Tabi's ninja make you faster and more tanky (and do not forget the 10% boost speed you get from the masteries when you dodge, which mean that when the minions will start focusing you you will always be faster,you got almost 1/5chances of dodging).
Sheen is self-explanatory (it give you almost autolast hit with your siphoning strike and more mana since you're about to max it you *WILL* need mana)
Phage, this item will allow you to make sure ur opponnent wont run away. With wither you will be able to get close range and now with this item you make sure you'll STAY at close range.
Trinity, Again it boost your sheen to 150% instead of 100% more damage, and it up your slow, give you a speed bonus and small critical chances.
Warmog's armor, you are officially tanky and got a high hp regeneration, add this to your life steal and you will have to go base mostly for shopping or mana only.
Atma's impaler, more armor more damage (depend's when did you get this item but let's say you got 3500hp,it give you a boost of 70 DAMAGE (and you will end with more then 4k hp at the end of the game cause the warmog will be max and you do not loose those charges), plus 18% critical chance which give you a total of 30% citical chances.
Infinity Edge, gives you a crazy damage output plus up your crit chances to 55% (and do not forget the damage bonus on critical strikes from the passive). So one siphoning strike doubled with a critical will hurt. A lot.
For The Bloodthirster it will continue to up your damage and the lifesteal(added to your passive) plus the critics will give you some durability in teamfights, but since you do not have a lot of magic resistance you may take a banshee instead. In fact this item is dependant to what kind of team your facing so just be smart and choose wisely your last item. But in most game you don't get to have the 6th item either way.
