I could though imagine that you could switch out Atmas for instance for a Hextech gunblade. But that would cost an additional 1.5k gold.
13845 Gold build (I know it's ****loads but Vlad farms like a king and with his sustain and AD he can outlane anyone)
That means if you have 4/4/? and 451 melee only CS by 30 min you should have a full build. Which I don't think would be THAT, hard for someone playing the World Finals to get.

((4820+138+350)/40 + 80 +18) *1.05 = 242AP at level 18 and full build.
Your total health thanks to passive
((80+18)*1.05)*1,4 + 4820 + 138 + 320 = 5422HP at level 18 and full build.

5422*0,015+119 = 200AD
Q dmg at level 18: 230+(242*0,6) = 375 Magic Damage (Drains 55+(242*0,25)=115,5) CD: 3,76 (Without the CDred masteries)
W dmg at level 18: 300+(5422*0,15) = 1113 Magic Damage (Drains 1113*0,125 = 139) CD: 13.181 (Without the CDR masteries)
E dmg at level 18: 160+(242*0,45) = 269 Magic Damage CD: 4.25 (Without the CDred masteries)
R dmg at level 18: 350+(242*0,7) = 519 Magic Damage CD: 113 (Without the CDred masteries)
Total dmg in a teamfight with full combo (ult gives a 12,5% extra dmg not including your masteries with 1,5% extra dmg): (375*1,12)+(1113*1,12)+(269*1,12)+519 = 2486 MG dmg
Assuming that the enemy has 100MR (Base mr + Abyssal scepter (with most champs)) you will still deal atleast 1200dmg to one target.
Then you also have 200dmg (enemy armor not in equation) with an ATSP of 1 P/s, phage and Q's lifesteal to kite people around.

Your total ap thanks to passive:
((4820(build health with runes)+138(defensive tree health)+350(Warmogs full stacks))/40(passive effect on health) + 80(build ap)+18(AP p/level mastery))*1.05(5% extra ap mastery) = 242AP at level 18 and full build.
Your total health thanks to passive:
(80(build ap)+18(AP p/level mastery))*1.05(5% extra ap mastery)*1,4(passive effect on ap)+ (4820(build health with runes)+138(defensive tree health)+320(Warmogs full stacks)) = 5422HP at level 18 and full build.
Your total AD thanks to atmas impaler:
5422*0,015(atmas ad from health)+119(build ad) = 200AD
