Introduction

I have been playing with TF for a month and finally I've obtained the better build for me. Maybe in some things you won't be agreed, but at least you should check my build. It's my first build too, so don'te be hard with me if it isn't complete. I'll attach photos with my ranks to prove that the build works.

Runes

- I've selected "Greater Mark of Desolation" (9) to do great damage with attacks.
- I've selected "Greater Seal of Vitality" (9) to compensate the low HP that TF has and make him a bit more hard to kill.
- I've selected "Greater Glyph of Force" (9) to do extra damage with TF skills.
- I've selected "Greater Quintessence of Desolation" (3) to do even more damage and TF will be more powerful with this.

You can change "Greater Quintessence of Desolation" (3) for "Greater Quintessence of Swiftness" (3) to make easier catch your enemies in chases, but I'll prefer "Greater Quintessence of Desolation."

Masteries

Priority to attack, I think TF it's better as DPS and he's quite good in that. I marked Archmage's Sawy to do more extra damage with TF skills, this united with "Glyph of Force" (9) will make TF a dangerous opponent. Maybe you won't make huge magical damage, but that damage it's enough to potenciate TF skills and make much more damage in team fights or solo fights. Burning Embers will potenciate the AP too and you'll make a big damage at the end with your attacks.

The rest of masteries will complete the damage for TF.

Items

I start with "Vampiric Scepter", this will give you a decent lifesteal to heal you if they get injured you. After that I buy "Berserker's Greaves" to up my attack speed (this improve "Stacked Deck" in the future). Next I become "Vampiric Scepter" into "The Bloodthirster", good damage, good lifesteal and it improves each kill, you want more? it's a nice item for TF. After that I get "Phantom Dancer" to compensate the low movement speed that TF has(this improves "Stacked Deck" too) and gives you a nice critic chance. We continue with "Black Cleaver", I love this item for TF, it gives him damage, attack speed and decrease the armor of your enemies, just perfect.

For the final items I buy "Sword of the Divine" which is a perfect item for TF too, you'll rock with the passive of this sword united with your "Stacked Deck", the active ability is great too, 30 additional points of armor penetration is crusher, check it.

For the last item I usually buy "Madred's Bloodrazor" because gives damage and attack speed, the passive it's awesome too, you'll kill a tank in 3 seconds. But you can take "Infinity Edge" too or perhaps a "Stark's Fervor" if you need it.

Skill Sequence

In this part, maybe some of you will be impressed, but I don't level up "Wild Cards" until 13 level. The reason? It's simple, I tried to do damage with this skill and my enemies dodge it in 90% of cases, but that isn't the main reason, the main reason is that it doesn't make enough damage, in my opinion is useless until you reach 16 level at least, for late-game is a good push-ability, that's why I level up "Wild Cards" in 13 level.

The first ability to master it is "Pick a Card", it will give you quickly 2 secs of stun and make some nice damage.

Summoner Spells

I take 100% of matches "Ignite", it's the spell that you need when you stun your enemies if you want to kill someone, use Ignite.

The second spell can be "Ghost" or "Flash", I usually take "Flash" because gives me the surprise attack in some situations and it's good to escape when your surrounded too. Sometimes I take "Ghost" to unite it with "Destiny" and chase my enemies. Potency it with "Haste" if you take "Ghost".

Choose the spell that you prefer.

Summary

Just try this TF build, I always smash my enemies with awesome agility, and don't forget make suggestions or questions. All are focused to attack speed, if you try the build you'll see why. Have a nice day :)
