This is actually a really weak build. Sure he got dmg and could kill some 1v1 etc, but in teamfights he's dead at the first second...
A deecent player can easy win against someone who uses this ww build.

Needs massive expansion. You need to have your item purchase orders divided into early game phases and then offensive/defensive. You need to talk about jungle paths, laning techniques, and so on. You need to discus taking

kitae's bloodrazor is only available in dominion, you might wanna consider swapping that out for something else
