Yeah, I've been experimenting around with some things about this build since I first made it. In general I'm finding Flash to be more effective than Cleanse at what I'm trying to do, but there are times when I want Teleport just because it sucks to have a teamfight or tower go down when you're halfway across the map. Ok, this guide is pretty decent for a tank build. A couple of things though:

1. The first commenter downvoted it because you don't have Teleport as a summoner spell it's not mandatory but it can be useful.

2. Secondly Cleanse is alright especially when you use Zenith Blade into the team fight and can then immediately follow it with Shield of Daybreak without being stunned or silenced, but as a tank there's not that much use to having it other then that because if the enemy knows you have Cleanse they won't use their CC on you because you'll just get rid of it. As a tank you want them to waste the CC on you not on your carries. To help alleviate the CC on you you have the tenacity on the boots to reduce it's duration

3. Just because you have the mastery that buffs some spells doesn't mean both of your spells have to be in that list. You could take the one point out of Indomitable and put it in the masteries that buff summoner spells in the other trees like Utility for Flash, Teleport or Offense for Ghost, Exhaust.
