I think you should reconsider last whisper. i cant remember the numbers but when crunched them in season 4 i found that even if your opponent is not building any armor, last whisper is still a very efficient increase in damage. and if they do build armor, there is absolutely no reason not to get last whisper because the damage increase is so massive.

Honestly I haven't played that matchup enough to give you a correct answer. He's getting buffed soon so I'll give you my opinion a few days after the next patch is live :)

Both are good on him. I personally like the flat AD Quints for the early game so you can trade hits better, you still have pots and Bloodlust for health regen.

Should i buy ad quints as or life steal quints

Well thought out guide. A bit more explanation around your rune choices would be nice - e.g. you say that AtkSpd Marks make for easier last hitting, but don't really say why they're better than AD marks for it.
