I welcome improvision to anyone who plays Urgot, I can see why you'd make the changes you did, but my playstyle for Urgot fits more into a team support champion rather than personal dps, either way is fine and I'm glad my build could help you.

I personally would drop the black cleaver for a last whisper and shield of the lion for a guardian angel. Then switch the item order to something like:

After manamune -> glacial shroud (for CDR, AR & Energy)
After shroud -> banshee's veil (for MR & Energy)
After veil -> last whisper (for ArPen)
After whisper -> Frozen heart (for CDR, AR & Energy)
After frozen -> Guardian angel (for AR, MR & the nice "I didn't quite die"-effect)

like the build tho, just switching it to suit my needs :P

Theres a very high chance of being ganked by a cc lane comp in lane if you don't know where your enemy is, you're a complete idiot for not realising that acid hunter isn't your only damage source late game, which is where you get the cleaver if you're blind, which I assume you are for not thinking any of your info through, theres **** seals for Urgot no matter what you take, MR gives you the best result from any other you'd find, and unless you plan on going back every 2 mins meki's is far superior for laning as you'll be getting more mana back than you'd get with the flat amount from sapphire crystal, 7 mp5 outplays sapphire crystal's 200 mana at around 3 mins, and hp regen? that's a convenience, not a priority, if you're taking a load of damage in your laning phase than you're playing Urgot wrong. Thank you for your flawed feedback and pointless argument.

Picking NCC first is the worst choice possible. If u fear bushes then don't facecheck them. Acid hunter doesn't proc on-hit effects, so using Black Cleaver seem pointless, unless u gonna spam normal attacks (with abysmally low range). Magic resist seals? They aren't even primary seals.
Choosing meki first is also not very clever, when Sapphire Crystal can give u larger manapool and higher hp regen (due to Strength of the Spirit mastery).

Pretty awful seems like it would be best for normal games vs bads. Not sure why you would want so much utility on a dps hero. -1

Indeed it doesn't add black cleaver's debuff, but I get it later game where instead of harassing you will be in the team fights, where the auto attacks will be a large portion of your damage, to answer your questions:

Acid Hunter cannot crit
Acid hunter, unfortunately, does not proc madred's
Acid hunter does gain the ArP bonus of Last Whisper
