This is an AD theorycrafting guide, Its very easy to tell the best AP builds for lucian. AD is where things become a bit blurry. Thanks for the comment!

You're so missing the point, and you're a bad scientist.
No I understand what you are trying to say, but you are wrong, bonus attack speed is added up before factored in. So with 2 AS item it WONT add one then the other resulting in more, therefore my way is correct. This is also true for AD where for example his W has a 90% ratio, 2 bloodthirsters will give 200 90% of 200 is 180.. Now lets look at 90% of 1 bloodthirster, which is 90... 90*2 is 180.. You CAN look at items individually and not all added up together because either way the results are the same.
And why arent we allowed to downvote your guide? It is perfectly legit. We believe that your guide is not helping anyone, therefor we dont think it is useful, therefor we dont want it to have a high rating, therefor we downvote. Simple as that.
Also, capslock aint making you look smarter or more impressing, it will only make you look stupid.
And in my last comment, I explained your calculations aren't accurate since you are comparing the wrong things with eachother. How is that accurate?

My comparisons aren't bad, if you look at my math which its apperent to me that nobody did... Also Lucian got changed twice within the first week of being on PBE and ever since hasnt seen ANY changes, Im gonna assume hes not gonna get changed anymore and if he does it will be slight AT WHICH POINT I will update this... As of right now WHICH IS ALL THAT MATTERS this is accurate. And you shouldnt downvote a theorycraft build because its a theorycraft build claiming experimentation is better than theorycrafting... That MAY be true, but vote on this by what it is not that its not whats best in your opinion...

I find the DPS an item has by finding out how much DPS each stat gives for Lucian, then I used those numbers to find out how much DPS each item would give, then I divide that by gold to show DPS/gold so you know how gold efficient the item is. Its not pointless at all and this is THEORYcrafting bro, its always been around in every game and its always been used in every game. These are the best builds IN THEORY. Its just like in science they can show us the reasoning and reproduce the same results for a THEORY. But I dont see you claiming all scientific theories to be ****...
