This is an AP/AD Janna jungle build so this will be a double section.
you probably realized that both of them start the same way, this is because I like Wriggles on almost any jungler (warwick is the exception) and so every jungle build I make is more than likely going to have one. On AP jungle Janna I go for a tanky AP type champ who can carry or support depending on 1). what the team needs and 2). What your early game allows. This is also situational, if you are going against a fed AP champ you can get an abyssal scepter instead of a zhonya's. Rod of Ages is almost essential and I ALWAYS get it on AP Janna; lane or jungle. I recommend rylai's because it would be funny to see your zephyr slow them that much but I usually don't get it on her although the beef is a good thing to have.
On AD jungle Janna I go a lot more dps than tanky and get a PD and BT along with an IE and a frozen mallet as my only bit of tank. I finish off with a hextech gunblade for the extra bit of AP damage and spell vamp and pretty much a second zephyr which is also pretty cool.

I start with the shield because it gives survivability and AD which is helpful in taking the blue golem. I get the howling gale for quick creep clearing after taking blue I get zephyr for quick movement in the jungle and ganking. On AP Janna I max the Q first for ganks but AD I max the E first for bonus AD with my early zeal and enter lanes to gank rather than throwing a gale and leaving.
start with blue and ask for leash, I think it can be done without a leash but I am not positive. use shield on yourself as soon as the golem focuses you and confirm it with smite to ensure that it isn't stolen by an enemy. Then at lvl 2 go for the wolves using howling gale in a way that all three wolves will get hit and use your shield when they focus you from the sky; repeat as necessary. Gank when needed either using a howling gale or zephyr and repeated basic attacks shielding someone in the process and using your abilities as necessary.
