Chapter 1
At beginning of the game (always go on mid), take aggressive attitude and try to deny farming of other champion on your lane. Harras and try to save ulti for last hit if he tries to escape. Farm like crazy just not to the point to throw all spells on minions, because ziggs has long CD and that my coast you life...
Oh yeah and use Satchel Charge for escape only, when running throw it in front of you and when you reach the edge, activate it again and it will throw you away.
