In order for this build to work you'll need to access your current teams health. If your team focuses on cs (which is what they should do) go for the trinity force core item. Late game you can delete anything that isn't a tank and still play the role as the front line for your team. If your team isn't csing well and needs lots of ganks, steer away from this build as triforce is costy after getting your jungle item and boots.

If your team and you are csing as you should go ahead and go with trinity as your core item. By the time you build trinity a perfect item to build next is Warmogs, you should have enough half for the passive to work if you've successfully built your jg item, boots, and triforce. This will make you a hard to delete bruiser capable of going against any squishies. If your csing isnt going too well, steer away from triforce and grab something with sustain with armor like Deadman's. If you've already built triforce, go ahead and build deadmans instead of warmogs. It's great for sustain on poppy.

Poppy is my second best jgler at 400,000 mastery. She got me to plat before tank meta and i still rock her in this preseason and im doing great!
