Thanks for the feedback!!
I had the Phantom Dancer in there because I enjoy a "Critical Strike" kind of build where when you are not using abilities, you are outputing lots of damage with auto's. That is why Phantom Dancer is in there.
As far as the other items I never really considered and I am definitely going to try them out!

Phantom Dancer is kinda awful on Ezreal because you're mostly relying on landing your Q which benefits from building spell-procs-items, flat AD and CDR.
Banshee's Veil and Mercurial Scimitar are the best defense choices in items.
Blade of the Ruined King is an overall strong purchase option and blue build Ez is always an option to consider against heavy AD compositions for instance.
