I prefer ALARCITY over TANCITY
Against a heavy tanky you can go LAST STAND
SORCERY and TRANSCENDENCE to stack ability haste.
You can shoose the second rune depending what you need,
ORB is very good against AP teams. Dont forget to switch to MR. (Not nesessary with ORB but OK)
if you dont need ORB always pick WATERWALKING
We also go for ABILITY HASTE instead of Attack Speed. This gives us a huge buff.
