Soraka is good. She is one of those champions that just need potions. She can use potions the whole game and not die. If you play smart you can win any game as soraka. The revive and cleanse will save your donkey. Soraka has almost no skills that help so I just max q to rank 18. If you can do this you are the best league of legends player. If not I think you are just a noob. Soraka is so good that to play her you need to purchase all her skins and refund it because soraka is only good if you are a good player. Potions and wards are your friends. Don't let stat modifiers enhance gameplay and use all the consumables at your disposal. If you die you are a noob and should not play.
