Introduction
He offers great cc, mobility for allies, and great engage with his Death Sentence and Dark Passage combo.
Runes
It grants a hefty shield to protect your carries even more! Other possibilities that are somewhat viable are Aftershock, and a personal fun favorite, Predator. That allows roaming more, but other than that can not recommend it.
Items
Cooldown reduction is the most optimal build route. He's got very constant engage and ability to force enemies into bad positions with his Death Sentence. Redemption is good for teamfight heavy games, and Righteous Glory is always good.
