I like the build, it's almost what i use, but i think your order of items and skills could be tweaked. Your E is, in my opinion, as important as your Q. If your timing or placement is off, Q does nothing, whereas when you hit your E, unless your going in with a low HP (which you shouldn't be unless there's a ganker in the bushes) everyone wants to run away from your E. It clears minion waves, sets up the W and Q for an easy stun, and it allows your Ult to be a fast moving storm of death. On the items side, I always get Rylai's Crystal Scepter, and i tend to get it as early as I can. Health, AP, and it slows everyone down combined with your E, and it's just too good to pass up. Thanks for the post, your right Kennen is a fast champion thanks to his E but movement speed is great on any champ really and since I get revolver before my tier 2 boots then it really helps to get out of ganks and such if your E is down.

A few comments I have to place upon this guide. First off, the utility tree. Although some additional energy is nice, I don't see the point in more movement speed and longer buff duration, seeing how Kennen usually is a very fast champion who needs more ability power and defense more than anything.

Second, I found this guide very lacking. You don't really get into full detail on why you should choose specific items, or when to choose said items. A void staff isn't needed if a team isn't building magic resist.
