I never really liked Conqueror on Ezreal since Q procs PTA making it easier to activate, Lethal Tempo helps ramps up Attack Speed with Passive making early game farm easier, and the other runes are mostly troll/mid starts.

Edit: I put Fleet up there because I think that the sustain that it offers is on par with biscuits w/ Time Warp Tonic, just without the mana increase. Also, my friend bet me $10 in Subways that I could pull it off.

You are right to all you said, and the guide is yours so you put what you want. But can stack in teamfights very easy. The damage he gets from it and the heal make him a beast in late game. Early is not that strong but is weak early champion but he has easy escapes with his E so the is very situational like if the enemy is and .
