I have seen this build used, and it is incredibly effective. Definitely give it a try.

very good guide, my friend. I've seen this build in play, so I can attest to the writer's knowledge, and to the build's efficacy. Some situational item choices would be a good idea, and maybe some gameplay tips as well would be nice. a vid or two showing some face melting would add some fun to the page as well.

overall, not really many arguements about ability sequence and runes. however, as i have played viktor before, i dont really think he needs archangels staff. this should be in a situational items section. think maybe a zhonya's hourglass would be much better. overall, i do believe better coding will be needed. for instructions, check out jhoijhoi's guide on making a guide. nice chapter names btw.

If I didn't learn about the Spoils System just last year, I wouldn't have understood the title XD Anyway really nice job, but your guide is a bit stubby right now. I think you should add more to gameplay and overall add more pictures, videos, etc. GJ +1
