Ever thought about putting a bit of AP in this build? Since the abilities of Tahm work with AP you could perhaps go with Guinsoo's rageblade and hextech revolver. I haven't tried this out, but i'll let you know if it worked for me!

Thanks mate, say how it works. I am not sure how it will combine with the other items, you could try taking one of them instead of trinity force i think. And you will be probably a little slower because they give no extra movement speed but the slow on hextech gunblade is nice. I might also try it, i am thinking of something like greaves, bloodthirster, shiv, gunblade, perhaps infinity edge, firecannon(?) and rageblade .

Played a few games and rageblade worked pretty nice, I combined it with frozen mallet, bloodthirster, shiv and it was pretty fun to play. But I personally believe that tank tahm kench stays the best tahm kench for now.

What a wacky build! How often do you win games as ADC/Marksman Tahm? Sounds scary ^^

xD Let me see, my match history isn't looking very well for now, but according to my calculations I have a win rate of exactly 50% with this build. You should keep in mind that I am not a very good player and make lots of stupid plays like all the time, though. Thanks for the guide to making a guide, btw.
