Introduction

Hi there my name is Tobias and i am currently in Gold V.
I play LoL since the middle of season 4 and i mained Shen since the beginning of season 5.

Runes

I prefer flat armor in yellow, flat magic resist in blue and flat ad in red. Flat health in essences is pretty good for your passive. Another option for the essences is attack speed.

Items

Since i dont want to waste my time with adding symbols ill just write the items here.^^

First: Dorans Shield and a pot
Second against ad: Sunfire
Second against ap: Spirit Visage
After that a Warmogs is useful in most cases, otherwise just grab a Deadmans Plate or a Banshee's Veil.

If you really need to carry your sKrub team then go for a Trinity later.

For boots id say either armor boots or magic resist boots.
