I play LoL since the middle of season 4 and i mained Shen since the beginning of season 5.
Runes
Items
First: Dorans Shield and a pot
Second against ad: Sunfire
Second against ap: Spirit Visage
After that a Warmogs is useful in most cases, otherwise just grab a Deadmans Plate or a Banshee's Veil.
If you really need to carry your sKrub team then go for a Trinity later.
For boots id say either armor boots or magic resist boots.
