Introduction

Fiora is the newest champion to the league, and she is a very versatile champion. Some may build her on-hit to make use of the on-hit effects of her ultimate, Blade Waltz. Some may build her like Tryndamere and autoattack to victory. I, personally, like to not get squished in less than 10 seconds. This build is just the way I prefer to build her, as a sort of tanky-derps.

Runes

I go with semi-standard AD runes:

[*] Flat Attack Damage Marks
[*] Flat Armor Seals
[*] Flat Magic Resist Glyphs
[*] Armor Penetration Quintessences

I use these runes because A) the seals and glyphs give a nice early tankiness that allows you to stay in your lane for longer.

The flat damage marks make last-hitting easier (even though already it's super easy as Fiora), and the armor pen quints makes most of your abilities and your auto-attacks hit harder, which is always good.

Masteries

I go with 21/9/0 build. The 21 points in Offense gives you more damage than you already have, and the 9 points in Defense makes you less easily killed, having more health and armor/magic resist.

Other viable possibilities are 9/21/0 or 21/0/9, but these both have some problem to them.

The 9/21/0 build is very tanky, but it has very little damage. Best leave this build to the Malphite's and Amumu's.

The 21/0/9 build still has all the damage masteries, but it has some mana regen/movement speed/buff duration. This is good, but it lacks defensive ability. If you think you can play smart and not get into terrible situations, feel free to use this set of masteries.

Items

or
I generally start with Cloth Armor + 5 Health Potions. If I'm facing an AP enemy, or somebody who has a lot of skill shots I will get Boots of Speed + 3 Health Potions instead.

You want to rush a Wriggle's as soon as possible. It gives you a ward that pays for itself as long as you remember to use it, and the lifesteal, armor, and damage are nothing to sneeze at early.

After that get your boots, I generally go Mercury's Treads if their team is mostly AP or CC heavy or ]Ninja Tabi if they have a lot of physical damage/autoattackers.

Once you have those two, a Frozen Mallet is a must. Not only does it give you a ton of health and damage, but it also procs a slow when you Blade Waltz! Best of both worlds.

After a Frozen Mallet, I generally go for an Atma's Impaler for more armor and that special passive that Atma's has, giving you Attack Damage based on your health and whatnot. Super good.

After this is situational, you can either build defensively or offensively. I generally get The Bloodthirster, Infinity Edge, then The Bloodthirster. In that order.

Skill Sequence

For skills I max her ultimate, Blade Waltz, first of course. The damage it has is super good, especially late game.

For non-ultimate abilities, I max Lunge first. It has decent damage and gives Fiora (some) getaway.

I get one point in Riposte at level 2 for a Lunge/Riposte combo.

When I can't put a point in Lunge or Blade Waltz, I put points in Burst of Speed instead. Attack speed steriod? Hecks yes.

Then max Riposte last. The passive attack damage is nice, but the damage of the ability's parry isn't too fantastic.

Match History

(Will put more up as I play her more, currently have not much free time these days.)

This game is special: I went bot instead of top, but I used the same build. And I stomped... though, the enemy team was kind of bad.
