Nowadays Talon players play him with Conqueror, that provides him with a good sustain. You basically just farm up and roam to sidelanes, there is no point of 1v1 him, because he outdamages you pretty hard

Yuumy is a great synergie with Zed becasuse with her e she can heal you a good amount and the bonus movement speed given helps you chase enemies down adn q also detects enemies and slows them you can reach them
