way over CDR cap. with boots (15%), visage (10%), and yoyos (15%) you are maxed. dont need runes or masteries for the CDR.

suggest building merc treads or ninja tabi instead of lucidity boots. even by giving up lucidity boots youre still over CDR cap.

or, drop blue runes for mr/level and switch those CDR def masteries to the move speed masteries. keeping the boots of lucidity in this case will only put you 4% over (from offense).

otherwise great guide

Just went 14/0/7 with this build! And I usually get scores similar to that when building like this. Great guide, voted, thanks!

I really appreciate the guide. A couple thoughts and I may be a bit naive here but it looks like there are 2 problems:

1) You over max the 40% Cool-down reduction with your item, rune, masteries combined. Runes or masteries could be utilized elsewhere. You may do this intentionally idk?

2) Unless I'm wrong prospectors blade doesn't upgrade. you have,"Upgrading your items is essential for any champion and, in this case, these three items are perfect upgrades to Prospector's Blade, The Brutalizer and Sheen." It seems like your confusing the prospectors and the B.F. Sword which DOES build into the Sanguine Blade.

Again great build, I may be Naive, but wanted to mention... If i see fixes or you post response to handles this I'll gladly +1

Thanks.

good guide, +1. its all really close to being perfect. (imo)

that being said i did have a few of my own experiences that were a little different as far as champions.

Caitlyn = squishy as hell! (stay in a bush till she gets close enough to lay a trap. e+w = 1/4 or more of her hp gone. rinse repeat.) i haven't lost a lane to one yet. she should be in okay, and Singed as well.

Hiem should be in Okay as well. if he is good he can keep mana longer then you can. (turrets are always out, need to recast your ghouls) + with missiles and bomb hitting multiple targets = constant dam to your minions and better push.

and nasus... if he is AD and focuses on s strike, your ghouls will feed him. you will win out in early game. but mid to late is all him. so i feel he would be best in okay.

@steelbluelibra, I'll get you covered today since I got time so check back soon!

@ShadowNet, I'll try to look into playing some 5v5 and get this champ into it but I'm not a huge fan... To slow =/ thanks for the +1

After trying this build several times and different ways, I have found that the core of this build is the best to follow. Once the Omen of Famine is buffed a few times, it is very difficult to get me off a capture point. Very nice build indeed. I still haven't mastered the use of the ult. Perhaps you can put a section on Ult uses for different situations?
+1 : Very nice.
