to angelictouch87-your damage isnt high enough for the Vampiric Scepter to be worth anything in the begining. maybe for lvls 1 or 2 but after that your hp will be high enough that 12% of your damage every 2-3 secs is going to be laughed at by any real threat. i find buying the shoes and three health pots a better bet. then again i worry less about kills until lvls 4-6 and focus more on farming. if i can get 1 or 2 in the beginning i'm fine. i start looking for ganks after i hit 6 maybe 7. by then you should have bloodthirsters and maybe even upgraded boots with a little jungling on the side.

to overzealousaxe- i have tried the full build on bots and it rapes. the one down side i have found is overall cost. even with 25 kills it took about 55 mins to get the complete build without winning the game vs the bots. if your raping you wont go past your first Phantom Dancers or at least you wont need to. against the bots once i got bloodthirsters i basically had it in the bag. if your struggling i don't see an easy way to adjust for a short term boost. most optimum builds have little side paths you can take that gives you a greater, and cheaper, advantage in the short term sacrificing advantages in the long term. mainly because you might need to sell that item later to switch back to your original build and during that time you might not be as awesome. an example might be getting bloodrazors to deal with annoying champ stacking HP(like vlad) but later on your DPS will be high enough you wont need it. another reason may be getting smaller components of the build that give you some form of the complete build sooner but sacrifices overall. in this case getting two zeals, two BF Swords, boots, and a Vamp scepter. overall i give this a 9.5/10. not perfect but pretty damn close.

Isn't it easier if you just buy vampiric scepter instead of those many hp potion and rejuvenation ? ...

I like the potions at the beginning because Tristana is so mana-dependent. Her abilities are very expensive to use, and her mana pool starts out small, so having those mana potions at the start lets me use her abilities more often for harassment. I go with the Health Potions and Rejuvenation Beads to compliment this by giving me some more health regeneration capabilities. You can definitely switch out the item order however you want, I just like getting the 2nd Phantom Dancer first because it puts me up to 93% crit chance before the Trinity Force, and adds some more move speed for chasing people down when they run. Whats with all the pots at the start bro? i like the rest and the idea to sub out the boots cuz of the pdancers but i wouldnt do all that....i would get the cleaver instead of 1 pdancer then sub boots out for the zeal first for MS then finish the 2nd one.. but explain and ill give u a + because there are many ways to play her :)
