Clarity is bad compared to flash.Because with flash you can escape people trying to kill you.With clarity they just kill you.You should do some coding and maybe add some sections saying how yuo play heimerdinger.

What information are you referring to?

And no utopus, Flash is not required for all champions.
But, I strongly suggest most champions take one of the two escape spells, like Flash or Ghost.
In Heimerdinger's case, his turrets are usually his best escape method.

Shouldn't Heimerdinker have Flash?!?! I thought flash is almost necessary for every character besides tanks like Shen
