Well this is a Kiting/Utility Teemo Build. Most people build Teemo as either AD Carry(which is ******ed) or AP support. I like to approach both. My build is offensive with an AP edge that makes him annoying as f**k. I see Teemo is a big troll and more of a tool then support. Shrooms, slows, blinding dart, etc, are all used to secure kills not keeping allies alive which he can also do

My build helps teemo kite along with solving his squishy issues. Teemo is still squishy but atleast he wont be focused so immediately

Boots and 3 Pots is your first item because kiting costs you alot of health from minion agro and retaliation from enemies. You want to remain at a high health so your not feeding. Later build into Ionian Boots. Not berzerkers because my build already gives tons of attackspeed

Save up for a Pickaxe and later you will build that into Madred's because 4% of total health gives teemo insane damage

Ionic Spark early game is great for farming and harassment along with helping teemo with his squishy-ness

Frozen Mallets have been appearing on Teemos earlier than usual. Players have found that Teemo fits the role better because it solves his squishy issues along with slowing which is great for chasing

Nashors Tooth is great to fill that utility role i was talking about. That and Ionian Boots give teemo the max cooldown reduction which allows him to place shrooms every 18.6 seconds! Nashors Tooth gives teemo mana and his shrooms will be ALL OVER YOUR MOM. I mean map... ^.^

Guinsoos or Hextech Gunblade is your choice. Both give teemo AD and AP which is great. I prefer Guinsoos because it is cheaper and lifesteal does not help Teemo a whole lot in my opinion

Pros:
Shrooms control lane and river to protect you from enemies and keep them from escaping
Shrooms ward the entire map late game if placed correctly can help your teammates or yourself secure kills
Kiting and damage early game is great
Cons:
Early on, your build does not do a huge lot. With my build you just need to farm like crazy until 6 and THEN dominate and also magic resist will screw him over( most likey no one builds anything to counter a TEEMO )

From runes alone, you should be good until 6. 25 percent attack speed is enough to farm early game and you have just enough armor and magic resist to keep you alive :)

Make sure your teammate is somewhat tanky enough to fight. If he or she stays aggressive and takes the pressure off you then you use the old Basic attack - Blind Dart - Basic Attack combo to melt you enemy early game. That should scare them enough to give you some space to farm and plant shrooms

Fire a basic attack, quickly after you want to fire a blinding dart, and then another basic attack. This is great against squishy opponents and the blinding dart keeps AD carries from retaliating
