I'm always starting at golem and ask for pull, then wolves, wraiths and red creep where im using smite 2nd time. Right after that i try to gank mid on 3rd lvl, double buff mostly using ghost, then continue jungling or get back to base. I recommend to back when i have 1050g. Thanks to blue runes u can give blue buff to mid if possible, and try to always run with red buff

Try to get 1050g before first coming back to base, and then buy instant madred's and boots lvl 1 for easy jungling/ganking
