If you want to be a solo top with these items, you will have a horrible perfomance.
Using the Sunfire Cape, Wriggle Lantern % Statikk Shiv passives, with the Ravenous Hydra Active, you will kill minions and neutral monsters imediatly.
Items{2} [Tank&AD] (Late Game)
The Spirit Visage x King's Tribute do a GREAT COMBO.
