just a little detail about that build. You need more than 21 points in utility to get wealth and the other masteries, since you need 4 points in greed first. just saying, i followed the same masteries and put only one point in wealth, i still had the four health potions but i had only 5 gold left instead of 25, then tried another game and switched one health potion for one mana potion allowing me to harass longer and relying more on my passive to keep me alive. the problem i found my this build is that you get your mana and AP pretty late game which leaves you vulnerable early and mid game and forcing you to go back to base very often though late game because of the massive spell vamp you can survive almost any fight. for the summoner spells i prefer getting flash and clarity giving me, again, more harassment possibilities and also giving me a more reliable escape mechanism than ghost and that is not her ult.
