Introduction
Your enemy wanna flash away? Say hello to spinning slash. Wanna fight back? Say hello to 5 seconds of immunity.
Start off with berserker greaves, same as you would with any other AD.
Get a zeal for some extra attack speed and some crit chance. Grab a vampiric scepter for some life steal throughout the game. Get an infinity edge, it makes your crits hit more and increases how often you hit them, and offers great attack damage.
Now that you have good attack damage, you'll need more attack speed. Phantom dancers also help with your crit chance and make you a bit faster.
You've got good attack speed and damage now, so get 2 bloodthirsters for good lifesteal and more attack damage.
Finish your build off with a black clever, some extra attack damage and speed. Your hits will be massive, you'll return a lot of life each hit and you're fast to attack. Lethal.

Some people prefer bloodlust first instead of spinning slash. Since you will pretty much only be last hitting minions early game, you'll be level two by the time your fury is 100 anyways, lol. I prefer spinning slash first in case you need a quick getaway.
Next get bloodlust, this is very helpful for staying in your lane and not needed to go back to town.
Get mocking shout, you slow your enemies if there back is turned to you, which, if they are trying to escape, i'd like to think there back is facing you. Slow them, spinning slash to catch up to them, constantly attack them and kill them.
You only need 1 stat in mocking shout to slow, you only need 1 stat in spinning slash to use it and go the full distance. You won't be maxing mocking shout anytime soon because you won't be ganking much early game, you won't be maxing spinning slash because you aren't going to be taking out minion waves with spinning slash early game. Therefore... Max bloodlust now (and get your ult at level 6 of course). Bloodlust is a very useful life source.
Next max spinning slash, you can own minion waves with it, it's so helpful for fast pushing. Upgrade your ult when you can.
Now you max mocking shout, it's your last ability to max.

Pros:
-One of the best late game dps champions
-You can heal with bloodlust
-You can survive for 5 seconds with your ult
-You can use spinning slash to easily get away, you can also go through walls
-AoE slow
-High damage output
-Good at ganking later game
Cons:
-Weak early game
-Very item dependant, if you don't farm well it will affect you throughout the game
-People realise that if you ulti they can just ignite you and you will die when your ultimate wears off, or if you turret-dived with undying rage you can die to minions
-The only attacks you have is your normal physical attack and spinning slash

I don't recommend Tryndamere as a full-time junglers, there's simply other people that suit the role better.
But if you don't want to attend to your lane (turret huggers, you think you're going to get ganked, etc...) and all the other lanes are fine, just pop into the jungle and own.
Spinning slash to hit them all, hit them all to death, use bloodlust at the end of killing them if you need the health, no point wasting your fury and letting it drain.
You can solo baron when you finish your build, and you can solo dragon at lower levels (can't give you an exact time when).

Tryndamere isn't often seen in higher ELO ranked play. People realise his ear;u game is weak, so they take advantage of that and harass a lot. If you attempt to last hit creeps, you will most likely get harassed, and if you do this too much you'll be forced to go back and heal.
You can't really stop this - Early game Tryndamere is weak and you can't change that. But this will affect the rest of your game, and since Tryn is an item-dependant person you simply won't do that good.
At lower ELO's though, some people don't realise that you're weak early game and they should take advantage of it.

-Last hit creeps
-Make sure that if you spinning slash through walls, you're right next to it
-Your fury will only fall if you aren't attacking anything. Constantly hit minions to keep high fury, or if it's going to run out just use bloodlust, might as well use it and not waste it
-If you're ignited with undying rage activated, as soon as undying rage wears off you will probably die. Try to time it so as soon as your undying rage wears off, you consume your fury. Try and also hit some minions to restore some health with your life steal, and if you're near your base try and rush there and heal
-Use mocking shout and then exhuast, don't use them together. One of the two should easily slow them down enough so they can't escape
