Hello this is my Trynda guide, i was orginaly making thins for my self and friends but i think it is a good guide so i hope you enjoi it! , if you like it feel free to try it out and please ignore my stupid english fails. also ratigs are appreciated.

Tryndamere is absolutly a late game champion and can have one of the best damages at the end, however tryndamere early game is very squishy. he can heal alot of his own life using blood lust. he uses no mana and his Spinning Slashis a great way to get out of reach or throug walls!
on top of that he got his ulti that is Undying Ragewhen activated your hp will for 5 secounds never go under 1.

Tryndamere starts with 0 fury, and has a cap of 100 fury. He gains 5 fury per autoattack, plus 5 extra fury per critical strike and 10 extra fury per any unit he kills. When out of combat for 5 seconds, Tryndamere loses 5 fury every second. Tryndamere receives 0.35% critical strike chance per Fury.

To play Tryndamere you must be calm and dont panic when you start to loose helth, you also have to time manny skills as Undying Rage, blood lust and Spinning Slash! this makes or brakes people who play tryndamere.

PROS
+Can heal himself using Q
+decreese enemy attack damage and slow AoE effect.
+Insanly good dps endgame
+Ulti makes him unable to die for 5 sec
+has awesome some skins(demon blade tryndamere is my favorit)
+good escape tricks/abilities
+can spin through walls


CONS
-early game is realy unstable(squishy)
-Need items to be good.
-weak to thornmails and dot's
-if you are new to tryndamere you need to practise using skills at the right time.

this will give you great damage and still some armor penetration.

Battle Fury

(Innate): Tryndamere receives 0.35% critical strike chance per fury.
this meens

This give you alot of crits and you should always have some fury when attacking champions.
Bloodlust

(Passive): Permanently grants attack damage. Additionally, it grants bonus attack damage per 1% of health he is missing.

Base Attack Damage: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25

Extra Attack Damage: 0.15 / 0.2 / 0.25 / 0.3 / 0.35 per 1% of health missing
(Active): Tryndamere consumes all of his current fury, restoring health equal to a base amount plus extra health per fury consumed.

No cost
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Base Heal: 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 (+1.5 per ability power)
Extra Heal: 0.5 / 0.95 / 1.4 / 1.85 / 2.3 per 1 fury consumed

Mocking Shout

(Active): Decreases surrounding enemy champions' attack damage, and enemies with their backs turned also have their movement speed reduced for 4 seconds.

Slow: 30 / 37.5 / 45 / 52.5 / 60%

This slows and decrese damage on enemy champions at max this almost decrese their AD with 100!
Spinning Slash (Active): Tryndamere spins through his enemies, dealing physical damage to enemies in his path. The cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds whenever Tryndamere critically strikes.
No cost
Range: 660
Spin radius: 225
Cooldown: 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 seconds
Physical Damage: 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 (+1.0 per ability power) (+1.2 per bonus attack damage)

This is a great way to get out of reach of champions towers and throug walls!
Undying Rage

(Active): Tryndamere instantly receives fury and becomes immune to death for 5 seconds during which his health cannot go below 1 health. This move is usable even when stunned, silenced or suppressed. This ability has 0.5 seconds delay before activating.

No cost
Cooldown: 110 / 100 / 90 seconds
Fury Gained: 50 / 75 / 1

this makes you unable to die for 5 secounds. this is the skill that realy makes tryndamere a great champion.

Skill tricks?

when you are playing tryndamere and find your self in the situasjon where you know you are going to die lets say two champions are attacking you lets say ashe and shen. start attacking ashe beacuse of her frost arrow slow use Mocking Shout(decrease theyr attack damage they dont have to face away from you for this to work) when your reach the point where you almost are dead pop your ultimate at this poin you should have no problem taking ashe while they take damage out on you, as soon as you have killed ashe and still have around 2 secounds left on your ulti, use spinning slash to get away from shen now pop your Q or Bloodlust to instantly heal some of your damage. this way you should be able to get out of reach if however he start getting close you can use your flash and heal(if you go of Exhaust use this before spinning away.)

Start with Brawler's Gloveswith two health potions. try to stay in lane and pick up last hit kills of minions(at level 6).
then go for the Vampiric Scepterthe exstra life steal will help you so much later!
now you should think about buying boots now get a Zealand start your way to the phantom-dancerthe zeal and phantom dancer will help you greatly at crit damage and speed.
then go for infinity edgeto get the exstra crit damage and alot of AD!
make your first Blood thirstergo for another phantom-dancerand at last another bloodthirster

insted of buying Phantomdanser go for infinity edge, this will make you hit more damage earlyer but you will not be as fast and your attack speed will be a little slower.
both ways are good.

I would usaly go with Exhaust+ Flash.
however if you are like me and are a little stupid and to agressive you may want flash+Healyou realy have to try and se whats best for you.

Early you have to try stay defensive and farm gold of minions. when you reach level six you should get back and buy equipment.
MID game this should be around levl 7 and you should allready have buyd
Berserker's Greavesand brawlers-gloves Vampiric Scepterand started on ZealLate game Now is your time to shine and go for phantom-dancer&
infinity edgethen start making one blood thirster. after the first blood thirster you should get another phantom-dancer and to the end another blood thirster.

if the game drags on and you have alot of gold you can switch the shoes out for a guardian-angel.
