Yeah, I'm planning on adding quite a bit more to it. Consider this a rough draft :P Well the last whisper is kinda like an armor pen. And unless their stacking alot of armor I don't usually bother. I usually do up to right before the Last Whisper and then everything depends on the game. Even before the Last whisper. Sometimes you'll need armor pen, sometimes you might need to get some armor yourself. Really depends on the rest of the game.

Also, great Jarvan IV guide. I recently bought him and yours was very helpful.

I think your guide itself needs some cleaning up and better formatting, however, I think you're heading in a positive direction.

I would suggest Armor Pen reds and Critical Chance Yellows, Blues, and Quints. You'll do much more damage overall throughout the whole game if you have some Armor Pen runes. Trust me.
