Tryndamere Passive Ability
Introduction
First, lets get the basics down, don't gank the bot unless your team is up for it, if your all squishy, then its probably not a good idea. I generally take the top because it has lots of escape/ganking routes via the thin walls.
Scare them away, farm, scare them away, farm. If you get low on health then you can hide in the bushes or stand a bit off. Just get to lvl 6. Thats when the real fun begins. Or if you get fed early game you can pursue early on too.
Everything Depends. If you buy these exact same items every time you will not win. You must be smart. I people are building armor, buy armor pen. If they are gone, farm. If they are ganking you, run. What you do depends on what they do.
Tryndamere is great on this 3v3 map because he has the ability to spin through alot of the walls. It offers protection, and the opportunity to gank or save your teammates.
If you get these runes and buy these items you will start of with some great crit chance. This will help you immensely in everything. It will help you kill their champions, it will help you farm, it will help you heal lots too (if you go according to my skill sequence).
I have the cooldown there because i find alot of times i die right before my Bloodlust is ready, or they escape right before my spin is ready. Having a little bit of cooldown will help you immensely during your Undying Rage.

This is useful for both sides. This is how smart people would try to beat a good Tryndamere. So if your trying to beat him, Use this. If your being tryndamere. Also use this. Read the ways they would kill you, and find some ways to counter it. You'll know whats coming.
How to FINALLY beat tryndamere and his Undying Rage.
As a frequent user of Tryndamere, I personally know his weeknesses.
This will be quick and short, but it'll do the trick. Follow these tips and hint to finally get a competitive advantage to fighting tyrndamere.
Early Game
Do not over extend yourself. He has a heal spell and if he is has the proper runes can OWN you early game. Its best if you have range and can harass him. But beware of his Spinning move. It can close the distance and initiate an unwanted fight.
Do not let him farm, harass and harass some more. If he items up, you better be careful.
Harass TONS. Try to make him go back at least twice before he gets to level 6.
Once he gets to level six you have two options.
1. Be either teemo, brand, or someone with a damage over time ability.
2. You'll have to buy an
Executioners Calling. This does damage over time and the time is longer than his Undying rage is. Make sure you get his health down to 1, even after he heals. And Get one last hit, with 1-4 seconds left of his undying rage. The executioners calling lasts for 8 seconds. So this should do the trick.
Late Game
He probably has some wicked damage now, and he still has his heal spell and his spin spell and his ulti. All escaping abilities. If used right. So they best way is to fight him, get close to killing, and he'll prob try to spin away. So then you stun him, and keep hitting him and he'll get so close to dying he'll use his ulti. This is when executioners calling comes in handy.
If you want to know anything else, or if your having a specific problem fighting Tryn with a certin champion, or fighting a certain champion with Tryn. Let me know in the comments and i'll post some ways you can handle the problems.

3v3 Walls. Spinning through the walls is a convenient way to get places, escape people and gank people. Be careful though. Many experience players know the spots. If your almost dead and run towards a wall their going to guess that your going to spin though it. Especially people who play 3v3 alot, because theres alot of Tryndameres who play 3v3.
You might consider
flash, so that you can spin though, and if they flash after you you can flash back.
Undying Rage. As I said before, use your
bloodlust at the end of the Undying Rage. But also, in case they cant that down and/or have some sort of damage over time on you. I would recommend activating a
health potion early on or about halfway through the undying rage. This helps significantly if you are poisoned.
