Alright lets see here, well to begin with hello everyone! If you are reading this right now then thank you for checking over my build! :D This is indeed my first build and hopefully you guys like it!
Well my Tryndamere build is based on hitting all hits critical, with fast attack speed, high damage, and slowing strikes that leave the foes with repercussions of not using their tele or ghost to get away from me! ;D
Deadliness You max this to 3/3 because like I said the build is based on critical strikes and this really helps!
Cripple You need this mastery because it enhances your exhaust spell which is very handy for opponents such as Sivir that like to run a lot >.> It slows them down and reduces their armor and magic resistance by 10 so you can damage them even more than normal! But of course Sivir shouldn't be much of a fight anyways and shouldn't run too far before you take her down! :D
Archmage's Savvy You have to have some thing into your ability power right??
Alacrity You have to attack faster and more successful so you need more attack rate!
Sorcery You need this maxed out to be able to cast your attacks faster and be able to spin to those summoners that run away from you haha. Well anyways you need your attacks to heal (Q) to slow them (W) to run up to them and damage them (E) and if you need your Ultimate to survive or just kick their ***!! (R Duh!!) :P
Sunder If your going up against tanks, this mastery will help you more than with just a squishy person. It ignores a percentage of their armor so you can cause more physical damage and be able to hurt them more!
Brute Force I put one into this mastery for the reason that the other masteries were more needed, such as Lethality and Havoc. Since I maxed out Sorcery to be able to cast my attacks faster since Tryndamere is mainly based on his attacks since he has low cooldown and no mana.
Resistance Since I experienced bad times against mages >.< you need as much magic resistance as possible without having to give up valuable items. So max this out to have more magic resistance.
Hardiness You need some physical resistance also since you don't have any armors or anything like those heavy tankers.
Evasion You need to be able to dodge as much as possible since you will be running in after your foes a lot and you are a melee person that comes up and hacks and slashes till the death!
Nimbleness Tryndamere is already one of the fastest Champs on the map whenever I see him on there or I am using him so you need this to be able to run faster and faster! haha

Battle Fury (Innate): Trymdamere's Critical Strike chance increases by 5% per 10% health he is missing.
Bloodlust (Passive): Whenever Tryndamere kills a unit or critically strikes, he gains 4 Attack Damage and increased critical strike damage for 15 seconds (stackable 8 times). Killing a unit or critically striking while not Bloodlusted applies 2 stacks instead of 1.
(Active): Tryndamere consumes his Bloodlusts, restoring health.

Cooldown: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 seconds.
Critical Damage: 1.5 / 2.25 / 3 / 3.75 / 4.5%
Health Restored: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 per Bloodlust (+1.5 per ability power)
Mocking Shout (Active): Decreases surrounding champions' physical damage, and enemies with their backs turned also have their movement speed slowed. Lasts 4 seconds.
* Cooldown: 14 seconds
* Cost: 25 Health
* Range 400
Damage Debuffed: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100
Slow: 30 / 37.5 / 45 / 52.5 / 60%
Spinning Slash (Active): Tryndamere spins through his enemies, dealing 50% of his Attack Damage plus some extra damage to enemies in his path.
(Passive): Slash's cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds whenever Tryndamere critically strikes.
* Cooldown: 9 seconds
* Range: Global
Damage: 40 / 90 / 140 / 185 / 240 (+1 per ability power)
Cost: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 Health
Undying Rage (Active): Tryndamere becomes completely immune to death for 6 seconds, refusing to be reduced below 1 health. His abilities have no cost during this time and he gains Bloodlust stacks.This move is usable while stunned or disabled.
* Range: 400
* No Cost
Cooldown: 110 / 100 / 90 seconds
Bloodlust Stacks: 4 / 6 / 8
Greater Mark of Furor You need as much critical damage as you can get! ;D 20.07 Critical Strike Damage with x9 of these.
Greater Seal of Furor 7.02 Critical Strike Damage
Greater Glyph of Furor 5.04 Critical Strike Damage
Greater Quintessence of Furor 13.38 Critical Strike Damage.

Items and why!!
Ninja Tabi +23 Armor
+11% Dodge Chance
UNIQUE Passive: Enhanced Movement 2
Ninja Tabi shoes give you good movement speed and also a real good chance to dodge which is real important since your a melee face to face fighter.
Elixir of Agility It's good to buy one of these because it gives you 12-21% Critical Strike, based on champion level, and 35% Attack Speed for 4 minutes.
Phantom Dancer +45% Attack Speed
+30% Critical Strike
+20% Dodge Chance
+12% Movement Speed
Phantom Dancer is necessary for faster attacking, high critical strikes, high dodge chance, and faster movement speed.
Infinity Edge +80 Attack Damage
+20% Critical Strike
UNIQUE Passive: Critical hits now deal 250% damage instead of 200%.
This adds a really good amount of attack damage and critical strikes that allow you to take off more with the 50% more critical strike damage.
The Bloodthirster +60 Attack Damage
+15% Life steal
Passive: Gain an additional 1 Physical Damage and 0.25% Life steal per kill. Maximum of +40 Damage and 10% Life steal. Bonuses are lost upon death.
This weapon gives you good attack with the stack up for life steal and physical damage on top of the 60 attack damage and 15% life steal it already gives you.
Frozen Mallet +775 Health
+20 Attack Damage
UNIQUE Passive: Physical attacks reduce your target's Movement Speed for 2.5 seconds.
I really like using Frozen Mallet with Tryndamere because he is already fast as it is and attacks decently fast so why not squeeze out as much as possible? Slow your opponent down and finish him off! Plus Frozen Mallet adds good damage to your hits.
Well that's it for my build, I'm sorry I didn't upload any photos because if I knew how I would.. I put every single item needed to make your recipe because with the high price of most of the items you need to be able to have some items on you to be able to do good.
I usually buy the items whenever I need to go back to base, so hopefully by then I will have enough gold to buy at least one Legendary Item. My techniques are. hmmm kill creeps and get your stacks up for your Bloodlust so you can later use that to heal or so you can have passive Attack speed and critical strikes. I then use Spinning Slash to charge at them, hit them with melee a little, if they start running I use Mocking Shout, and if I start dying then I use that also and run away with my Ulti and Spinning Slash. I'm still a noob to this game so I'm not that great, but I have been getting a lot better. I've only used Tryndamere once so this build is based on my experience and overall knowledge of the game in the week or so that I've been playing. lol.. So enjoy and please tell me what you think!
