According to my math, this build adds up to 16,734. That is A LOT of gold. How are you going to afford all this? Hopefully, by ganks correct? Well, lets see your early and starting items. You first grab a great choice of Doran's Blade, but then you opt to get a Berserker Treads. WHY? Twitch is fine with rank 2 Ambush early game. Also, the berserker treads set Twitch back early and mid game because of his lack of mobility. Suggestion, get Boots of Mobility. This helps Twitch get around the map a lot faster, and sets him up for quick ganks. Take advantage of Twitch's stealth.

In addition, your expensive item build has no real source of defense. You're aware that in ranked matches, and higher elo, people hold stuns and cc's and wait for Twitch to come out. This happens constantly with me in just my 1400-1500 ranked matches. Thus, a Banshee's Veil, or a Quick-Silver Sash would come in handy. Stop focusing all about DAMAGE. You can't DAMAGE when you're STUNNED. : (

My final point is your masteries. Why? You put 4 points into Sorcery, but you don't go for the final point in Archaeic Knowledge. Why? Archaeic Knowledge gives you Magic Pen which is great for Expunge early and mid game. Who will see a Twitch ripping through their Magic Resist? Almost no one! Also, you put 2 into Crit, and 3 into Archmage Savvy. You're aware that Twitch is a physical champion right? Why AP? Since you opt to use Exhaust Ghost, you should have nothing in Archmage's Savvy. No Armor Penetration masteries? Again, Twitch is a physical champion. Armor Pen helps your auto attacks rip through teams as if you were ripping up paper.

So this build has too many flaws, but if you change it, I'll reconsider my -1.
