Why i picked those items:
1. Wriggle's lantern - it good on early damage and does have life steal so you can gang at 6 level when you can have your ultimate.
2. Berserker's greaves - this item have movement speed and attack speed so you can move faster and attack faster.
3. Phantom dancer - this item gives lots of attack speed, critical strike and movement speed so you can attack faster, move faster and do critical strike more times.
4-5.The Bloodthirster - this item gives more damage and life steal so you can do more damage and maybe go 1v2.
6. Infinity Edge - with this item you can do lots of damage and do critical strike with more damage.
Whit this build you can do more than 500 damage so good luck.

Pick:
1. Exhaust - you can pick it because you can slow enemies and do more damage.
2. Flash - pick this spell because you can run away from the enemies when you are low.
3. Ignite- pick it because when enemy is low you can put on him ignite and it do damage for some time.
Don't pick:
1. Clairvoyance - who picks it ;).
2. Clarity - it's good spell but ignite is better.
3. Cleanse - you use flash so don't needed spell.
4. Fortify - this spell don't needed because he work few seconds and don't help you.
5. Ghost - it's good spell but you have flash and phantom dancer so you run fast.
6. Heal - who picks heal ;)
7. Promote - you don't needed
8. Rally - you don't needed
9. Revive - you can wait ;)
10. Smite - you not a jungler.
11. Teleport - you have ultimate.

1. Mark - Greater Mark of Alacrity - pick it because you can early attack faster.
2. Seal - Greater Seal of Alacrity - pick it because you can early attack faster.
3. Glyph - Greater Glyph of Alacrity - pick it because you can early attack faster.
4. Quintessence - Greater Quintessence of Alacrity - pick it because you can early attack faster.
