I have used this build many times in dominion and ive always done great with it. I am warning you now though you may suck early game, but later in the game you will be destroying everybody (given that your not a complete idiot) and you will be able to teleport half way across the map to save/attack points. And i apologize now for anybody who wants the pictures in i dont know how to put them in and it would be helpful if someone told we how. This is also my first legitimate build. also dont rate it before you try it.

teleporting ultimate with global cv even on invis units so you counter twitchs, eves, and dem annoying *** akalis!

has a stun every couple of seconds allowing high cc.

works extremely well with high cc tanks or characters that can take damage for him.

I chose these runes to maximize damage and let you throw your pick a card out more.

armor pen for damage output to high armor targets (especially rammus cuz every single dominion game has a rammus in it cuz he is ridiculous!)

cdr because i like to use my ult and pick a card alot if you want you can take magic resist glyphs over this though.

attack speed because with ad twisted fate the more attack speed the better. if you want you can take armor seals over this though

and if you really want to you can take hp quints over armor pen quints

masteries ive always found to be self explanitory, but for those who think good hands suck the amount you get from it is still better then the amount you get form perserverance! if you have a 30 second timer thats an extra 3 seconds off and your back faster which means less time looking at that black and white screen.

i follow this because between your stacked deck and ionic spark your dealing massive damage every fourth attack and you have over 2.0 attackspeed easily which means every 2 seconds your hitting people withh 100 damage lightning bolts and dealing 155 magic damage.

I love having your stacked deck be maxed with attack speed twisted fate. the amount of damage you can pull out is magnificent. Then i stack pick a card because wild card is only really for harassing and since there is no laning phase there isnt really a point to harass without just completely engaging, i do get one point in it early though so i can stop people from stealing my points.

ghost is pretty much a requirement on dominion. You need it to book **** through the speed buffs and out run everybody that doesnt have ghost/ a speed up ultimate. then i take exhaust for the damage reduction and slow to counteract others with ghost. I, unlike others, find that revive can be extremly useful in dominion but if you get smite you will be trolled.

twisted fate is almost identical to marvels gambit

I find playing a song you love that has to do with your champion helps greatly (but be careful when playing bosspandas trololo singed song as singed it can tend to make you a bit cocky!).

twisted fates wild card is one of the best capture cancels in the game.
