Summonerspells: i agree on those :)
Runes: even if you're going for hybrid, dodge is not a good stat for cardmaster. he is not supposed to taking damage from their carry, and you wont have much HP either so it will hardly be noticeable. I would suggest manaregen or cooldown runes, possibly HP. Although MS-quints is a good choice.
Masteries: 9-0-21 would be better with the manaregen and cooldowns for more wildcards and the +3% MS is really good combined with your choice of quints.
