If my runes seem random, they are I am summoner level 10. The masteries are easy to make, just go offensive(until those last five points that are defense).

1 Lesser Mark of Vitality
Seals:
1 Lesser Seal of Fortitude
1 Lesser Seal of Alacrity
1 Lesser Seal of Potency
Glyphs:
1 Lesser Glyph of Vigor
1 Lesser Glyph of Warding
1 Lesser Glyph of Intellect
Quintessences:
1 Quintessence of Alacrity

Pros:

*With the attack speeds this build achieves you will be pumping out crits like they're going out of style
*If you can't reach someone Wild Cards will{within reason}

Cons:

*Since this build relies so much on attack speed anything that slows or stops your attack will be severely detrimental
*Twisted Fate is squishie, if you want to live avoid battles with higher level champions and groups of champions

*Really any items that provide a significant increase to crit. chance are useful, personally I've had a similar build at 98% crit. chance
*If you don't like being squishie then you could get some armor, change your masteries, or get different runes
